Yes, you can change and cancel your order after you have placed it, but not before it has been shipped. Email us at admin@ravenandblondie.co.nz as soon as you can. We ship items out pretty quickly, so please let us know as soon as possible.

All of our sunglasses have a UV400 protection rating. That means our sunglasses block light rays with wavelengths up to 400 nanometers (some of the tiniest UV rays). This includes UVA, UVB and UVC rays.

The category number equates to a percentage of the VLT (Visible Light Transmission) that is, how much light the lens lets through. At this point in time, all of our sunglasses are Category 3. Category 3 is for strong sunlight, and is the most common category for sunglasses. They are also the best for daytime driving conditions (any higher is considered too dark to drive safely).

All of our sunglasses are made of premium acetate, which is a plant-based material. Acetate frames are strong, flexible, and hypoallergenic. 

Our sunglasses are manufactured overseas in China, which is where most of the world’s sunglasses brands are currently manufactured.

We ship anywhere in New Zealand and Australia.

All standard orders from New Zealand qualify for free shipping.  A $15 flat shiping rate to Australian orders will be applied at checkout. 

After we have shipped your order, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number. Follow the tracking number to the freight carrier’s website and put it in the tracking code search box. This will pull up your package, where it is and how long until you get it.

If you are in Wanaka and want to collect your order, yes you can collect from us. Please include a note on your order about this, or email us on admin@ravenandblondie.co.nz and we will contact you with collection details.
